Wineries

Barrique and tonneau steam cleaning
The barrel room is the most humid place in a winery, where many harmful bacteria can lurk, including Brettanomyces, responsible for altering the taste and the quality of wine.
High-temperature dry saturated steam allows barrels and tonneaux to be cleaned without the use of chemicals, through a 100% natural system. This method eliminates harmful chemicals from barrel cleaning operations, it can be used indoor, and does not require any license of use.
Steel tank cleaning
The winemaking area also needs high levels of hygiene. In steel tanks, steam allows steam to penetrate into the pores of the metal and helps detach the tartaric residue that can accumulate as a result of the fermentation processes. In addition, the operator does not have to enter the tank and can operate the system from the outside, thus decreasing the risk of injury.
Lastly, steam is able to deeply clean all hard-to-reach spots present on these tanks (faucets, flanges, manhole covers, pipes, and more).
Bottling line cleaning
The bottling stage is very delicate, as this represents one of the last steps in which wine can be microbiologically contaminated.
