Steam, the best ally against bed bugs
High-temperature steam is lethal to bed bugs and their eggs, ensuring complete and permanent elimination. Steam is also the most environmentally friendly alternative because, unlike chemical pesticides, it leaves no harmful residues in the surrounding environment after application.
A COMPLETE LAB-tested SYSTEM
Tecnovap has developed an innovative steam disinfestation system, tested by an independent entomology laboratory. Tests have demonstrated not only the complete elimination of all life stages of bed bugs but also full efficacy against their eggs, which are notoriously the hardest to eradicate, ensuring a safe, fast, and definitive intervention.
Thanks to the Steam-X superheating gun, compatible with all Tecnovap steam generators from 4 to 8 bar, the outgoing steam is superheated to 130°C. This temperature ensures complete eradication of the insects with a rapid, targeted application.
Dry saturated steam can be applied to all critical points where bed bugs may hide: from mattress seams to electrical outlets, and even along baseboards, ensuring effective treatment even in the most hard-to-reach areas.
