Conveyor belts
Tecnovap’s conveyor belt cleaning system allow to clean various types of conveyor belts through a technology that combines high-temperature steam and vacuum. This system can reduce, or even eliminate, the downtime required for belt cleaning operations and increase plant productivity.
For flat and mesh conveyor belts
Tecnovap steam cleaning technology can be used for both mesh and flat belts. The belt cleaning diffuser is created specifically for the customer in object, and designed with the measurements provided so that it can cover the entire belt area. The fixing of the tool to the customer’s belt is also tailor-made according to the overall dimensions and structure type provided during the designing phase.
A CONSTANT LEVEL OF CLEANLINESS
Before installing the steam cleaning system, it is recommended to perform a deep cleaning of the belt. This is required especially for very dirty belts. Achieving a good level of belt cleanliness is fundamental, as it will be easier to maintain the belt clean for longer time. After the deep cleaning, steam can be used as maintenance cleaning by reducing and even eliminating the downtime required for cleaning operations.

Tecnovap’s conveyor belt cleaning heads can be placed either below or above the conveyor belt. Placing the belt cleaning tool in the lower position is an optimal solution that allows to use it even when production is running on top.
Dirt is dissolved by steam and vacuumed by the suction function. The system is absolutely safe for the conveyor belt and it ensures constant cleaning, benefiting to production efficiency.
