Cleaning of a high speed train mechanical parts

Tecnovap is one of the few companies which can vaunt the ability to provide steam generators with power capacities from 3,6 kW to 43 kW, this permits its distributorship net to provide to customers the product which is always the most appropriate for his needs.

Steam cleaning is suitable to clean all those details of mechanical equipment which usually cannot be cleaned well with traditional systems because it is not possible to dampen machinery with high pressure water or because it is not possible to use detergents.
Various tests performed by our technicians in this sector permitted Tecnovap to develop the machine which is 360° suitable for this use, the STEAM PRESSURE system (Patent), an innovative steam generator for industrial use which combines steam power with mechanical action of high pressure water. A powerful ally against the dirt, able to combine pressurized steam (10 bar) at 180° with high pressure water (150 bar) at 2/13 l/min, equipped with practical gun, for eradicating of nested dirt on various surfaces.
In base of need, Tecnovap saturated steam can be combined with:
- Wet/dry vacuum cleaners (to remove the dissolved dirt),
- Overheated water injection (for a stronger dirt where also mechanical action is needed),
- Injection of detergent together with steam (to speed the encrusted surfaces cleaning),
- High pressure water (to speed the removal of dirt dissolved by steam).
