Each day is a sort of challenge, and Tecnovap, with the collaboration of its technicians/demonstrators in Italy and in the World, tests and elaborates steam systems always more advanced in order to satisfy the demands of Food industries always more exigent. The most common problem in industrial camp nowadays is the residual wastewater. The traditional way of cleaning with high pressure water is appearing as a problem for all those companies which, in their machinery cleaning procedures, cannot afford anymore the wastage of tons and tons of water and its further disposal together with the various residual wastewater. The solution to all these problems are Tecnovap steam systems, which generate dry steam at 180° C - 10 bar and dissolve the dirt on the surface, sanitizing and keeping it dry and clean. All this eliminates also the problem of ground and machinery flooding.

Various multinational companies have already chosen this system, substituting with it the traditional way of high pressure cleaner, and using it in such places as assembly lines automated with robots and photocells, where the water cleaning was not possible because of surface flooding and the further disposal of various residuals.

In base of need, Tecnovap saturated steam can be combined with:
- Wet/dry vacuum cleaners (to remove the dissolved dirt),
- Overheated water injection (for a stronger dirt where also mechanical action is needed),
- Injection of detergent together with steam (to speed the encrusted surfaces cleaning),
- High pressure water (to speed the removal of dirt dissolved by steam).
