 The BACCHUS system uses more than 12 years of employment in wine sector. It was firstly born for external cleaning of barrels and for cleaning of cellar  in general, later it found success also in sanitation of bottling lines. The latest application, tested by this system in chronological order, is the use for barriques cleaning.

Tecnovap presents the steam generator " STEAM PRESSURE", world news (Tecnovap patent) which combines the power of dry saturated steam (10bar – 180°C) with the mechanical force of water at high pressure (150bar) to guarantee the max. quality and the cleaning efficiency. "STEAM PRESSURE" is also widely used in the wine sector when it is necessary to sanitize, disinfect the bottling lines or to remove the tartar from the barrels. Thanks to the combination of water and steam with just one single process, it is possible to completely eliminate tartar and Brettanomyces from the wood fibers. It has been esteemed that the process is realized with a cost of less than € 0.20. "STEAM PRESSURE" boasts an innovative and 100% natural process that does not use any chemicals, does not emit dangerous smokes (can therefore be used also in closed environments) and prolongs the life of the microfiltration cartridges. "STEAM PRESSURE" is ready within 5 minutes and has a trolley in order to offer more mobility, furthermore its usage does not need any special permission or license.
